Movement therapy helps move old energy out of your body, making room for new, positive forward movement. It helps reduce stress, prevent disease, and manage mood swings. It promotes self-awareness, self-esteem, and provides a safe space to express feelings as well as how to move in a way that creates a sense of well-being.
